Guideline for Registration

AJCPP2021 Registration can be done on-line, and both USD and KRW are accepted.
Please note: Presenting Authors are advised to complete their register by February 19, 2021.

By Bank Transfer
Please make the bank transfer to the below account provided

• Sender’s name MUST BE identical with the registrant’s name.
• All banking commissions and charges are for the account of the remitter (participant). Please do not deduct it from the amount of the registration fee.
• In order to confirm your payment, please send the remittance slip via e-mail (secretariat@ajcpp2021.org) or fax (+82-42-489-7071).

After on-line registration and the payment, you will receive the confirmation letter from the AJCPP2021 secretariat via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the secretariat.

• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail.
• All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
• If cancellation before February 15, 2021 100% of the fee shall be refunded(*Excluding taxes and fees). Cancellations after February 15, 2021 is not refundable.
• The registration fee is refundable after deduction of the necessary expenses that have already incurred.
• The cancellation dates below are based on Korean Standard Time GMT+9
